Policies at Ode.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Credit Cards are required on file for all appointments, this is to protect our artists at Ode. for our cancellation policy. Your credit cards are never charged, unless the cancellation policy is being enforced.

  • For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of service appointment, we charge 50% of the service total.

  • Day of cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the service appointment.

  • If your CC on file is charged for the cancellation policy, and for whatever reason your CC on file is declined, you will need to pay your cancellation fee before you are able to rebook.

  • We understand emergencies happen; however, we please ask to give your artist an ample amount of notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment so that they have time to fill the appointment time.

Policy for lash extensions:

  • We always want to provide you the best lashes at Ode. and to protect your investment we ask that you wash your lashes daily with a lash artist approved cleanser.

  • Retention: No picking, pulling, or going beyond 3 weeks for a maintenance.

  • Coming in beyond 3 weeks for a maintenance, is considered a full set.

  • If you have less than 50% of your lash extensions on, it is considered a full set or extended maintenance it is up to your artist to decide this at time of appointment if you need a full set or if there is time in their schedule for an extended maintenance. If you are unsure about where your lashes are at for retention, please independently reach out to your artist with photos and she will help you decide whether or not your appointment needs to be adjusted.

At Ode., all individuals working with us are independent contractors. We carefully select who works within Ode. who will only provide top tier services. However, this means that we do not employ or directly manage those providing services through Ode. Each service provider operates independently, and any agreements, transactions, or disputes are between the client and the individual service provider.
