I specialize in brow laminations, lash lifts (including traditional and Korean techniques), and classic lash extensions. Each service is customized to enhance your natural features with a focus on soft, refined results.

Discontinue use of retinol/tretinoin, actives, benzoyl peroxide, or any acne related products 7 days prior to service to avoid skin irritation or reactions with lamination and wax products. Ensure you’ve waited at least 6-8 weeks since your last brow lamination before booking this service.

Ensure it’s been at least 6-8 weeks since your last lash lift before booking this service. Come with clean, mascara free natural lashes.

Please arrive with completely clean lashes - no mascara, eyeliner or residue. Avoid caffeine at least 3 hours prior to your appointment, as it can make it difficult for your eyes to relax during the service.

Inspo pictures are encouraged, however please note that as the professional I will help choose what lash extension curl, diameter and style is best suited for your natural lashes to keep the integrity and health of your natural lashes.

• I always want to provide you the best lashes at Ode. and to protect your investment I ask that you wash your lashes daily with a lash artist approved cleanser.

• Retention: No picking, pulling, or going beyond 3 weeks for a maintenance.

• Coming in beyond 3 weeks for a maintenance, is considered a full set.

• If you have less than 50% of your lash extensions on, it is considered a full set or extended maintenance it is up to your artist to decide this at time of appointment if you need a full set or if there is time in my schedule for an extended maintenance. If you are unsure about where your lashes are at for retention, please independently reach out to me with photos and I can help you decide whether or not your appointment needs to be adjusted.

• All services, promotional packages & retail products are final sale and non-refundable.

Service Adjustments

• Your satisfaction is important. If you have any concerns with your service, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. I am happy to review and make any necessary adjustments.

  Adjustments are offered at my discretion and must be booked within the 7-day window.

• Credit Cards are required on file for all appointments, this is to protect your artist for our cancellation policy. Your credit cards are never charged, unless the cancellation policy is being enforced.

• For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of service appointment, I charge 50% of the service total.

• Day of cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the service appointment.

• If your CC on file is charged for the cancellation policy, and for whatever reason your CC on file is declined, you will need to pay your cancellation fee before you are able to rebook.

• I understand emergencies happen; however, I please ask to give me an ample amount of notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment so that I have time to fill the appointment slot.

For the safety and comfort of all clients, I kindly ask that appointments be attended solo.

Our studio has hot wax pots, sharp tools, and clients with eyes closed during services, and other treatments going on within Soothed, so we cannot accommodate children or additional guests in the treatment space.

There is an entrance on both

Skidmore and Mason streets to a long driveway/ courtyard. We're on the ground level on the east side of the driveway with a slide up garage door.

Client parking is right in front of the garage door that says SOOTHE. If another client is parked there, free parking is available in the garage and on the street.
